Why I created Be Born

"I'm Marylou, a mother of three.

During my first pregnancy, I had back and pelvic pain, a pulling sensation in my belly, and difficulty moving around. It was exhausting, and above all, I couldn't find any real solution to relieve the pain.

That's when I created my own method, inspired by Pilates: targeted work on deep core muscles, mobility, and breathing. A simple, effective approach that could be done at home.
